December 6, 2009: Scott has now officially covered all of the divisional
match-ups for the New York Giants. Today, he covered the Giants' game
against the Dallas Cowboys, who remain in first place despite the 31-24
loss. Afterwards, Scott spoke with Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips,
quarterback Tony Romo and several others.
November 11, 2009: The San Diego Chargers handed the New York Giants their fourth loss in a row. Following the game, Scott interviewed LaDainian Tomlinson, Philip Rivers, Shawn Merriman, Vincent Jackson, Luis Castillo and Norv Turner -- essentially all of the Chargers' biggest stars.
October 18, 2009: Scott interviewed NFL superstar Terrell Owens
following his Bills win over the New York Jets at the Meadowlands.
September 20, 2009: Following the Jets 16-9 win over the New York
Jets, Scott interviewed future Hall of Famers Tom Brady and Randy Moss of
the New England Patriots.
September 3, 2009: Scott interviewed Michael Vick following his
second preseason game with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was the first
to question Vick about his meeting with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell
earlier in the day. The result of that meeting led to Goodell
allowing Vick to return officially in Week 3 of the regular season.
August 25, 2009: Scott has added another sport to his resume, as he covered the PGA Barclays Tournament at Liberty National golf course in Jersey City, N.J. The event featured the likes of Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Ernie Els, Vijay Singh and others.
August 4, 2009: Mike Silva's New York Baseball Digest will have
Scott on as a guest. He'll be talking about the independent Atlantic
League. Take

May 11, 2009: After two years, Scott has said goodbye to Fox News, where he had been writing and producing, as well as contributing as a Web reporter/producer. He has accepted a position with the NBA, where he will be overseeing various team Web sites within the NBA, WNBA and NBDL. Scott will also be writing feature stories for WNBA.com.
March 6, 2009: Sporting News Radio's "Todd Wright
Tonight" has asked Scott to be a guest on tonight's show. He'll
discuss a number of topics, including his recent Rickey Henderson article,
the Johan Santana injury and more. Listen
March 1, 2009: Scott wrote his first article for Yahoo!
Sports. The piece was a one-on-one interview with one of the newest
members of the Baseball Hall of Fame, Rickey Henderson. This was one
of Henderson's first interviews since being named to the Hall, and he
talks with Scott about his speech, steroids and if he'd every play
again. Scott, who has interviewed Henderson six times now, conducted
the sit-down at a card show in Teaneck, N.J. Read
January 4, 2009: "Sports Heaven with Mark & Evan" on
Blog Talk Radio has Scott on as a guest. During the 30-minute
interview, Scott provided inside analysis and information on the New York
Jets, New York Giants and other New York area sports teams. Take

October 24, 2008:
Scott, along with colleague Mike Ashmore, broke the biggest news in the Atlantic League's 11-year history when they reported that the Newark Bears were folding. Several major news outlets, including New Jersey's largest newspaper (Star-Ledger), radio station (NJ 101.5 FM) and television station (News 12 NJ) credited them with first reporting
the story.
October 12, 2008: Scott covers his first New York Jets game at
Giants Stadium. After the 26-14 victory, he spoke with Brett Favre,
one of the top NFL quarterbacks of all time, head coach Eric Mangini, receiver
Jerricho Cotchery, back Thomas Jones, three touchdowns on the afternoon,
and linebacker Calvin Pace.
August 29, 2008: Scott interviews perhaps the best closer in all of
major league history, Mariano Rivera. He also speaks with two-time
All-Star Bobby Abreu. It is Scott's second game at the stadium this
year, and perhaps his last covering a game there ever.
August 28, 2008: Scott interviews New England Patriots head coach
Bill Belichick, one of the greatest NFL coaches of all-time. The
interview happens after the Giants/Patriots pre-season game, where he also
spoke with former 1000-yard rusher LaMont Jordan and nine-time Pro
Bowler John Lynch.
August 26, 2008: Scott will again be hosting "Sussex County
Idol" at the Sussex County Fairgrounds on September 21 in Augusta, NJ. The show
will air live on channel 10 (Service Electric).
July 31, 2008: Scott covers his first New York Yankees game in
nearly five years -- and, perhaps his final one at the old Yankee
Stadium. He interviewed Yankees catcher Ivan Rodriguez, who was making his debut in pinstripes, as
well as manager Joe Girardi and pitcher Andy Pettitte.
April 22, 2008: The revamped ScottStanchak.com is released.
March 29, 2008: Scott covered today's New Jersey Nets vs. Phoenix
Suns game. Following it, Scott interviewed NBA superstars Shaquille
O'Neal, Amare Soudemire and Steve Nash.
March 12, 2008: Scott covered today's New Jersey Nets vs.
Cleveland Cavaliers game. Following it, Scott interviewed NBA
superstar LeBron James.
January 25, 2008: Scott made his on-camera debut with Fox News,
reporting from New York Giants practice as they prepared for next week's Super
Bowl. The piece aired on FoxNews.com and features interviews with
Amani Toomer, Osi Umenyiora, Justin Tuck and several others.
